user experiences and interactions
I believe great design begins and ends with real, human needs. My passion is creating amazing products and services that not only answer those needs, but delight along the way.
My professional life began in the military, shortly after the events of 9/11. After nearly nine years and three combat tours in Iraq, I left the service and earned my BFA from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in 2014.
During my undergraduate degree, I cut my creative teeth at Fat Pencil Studio in Portland. After graduation, I worked as a designer for Epiq Systems before being accepted to Carnegie Mellon University’s Master’s of Human Computer Interaction program.
